Policy on Use of RSLES Recognition
Recognition indicates alignment with applicable lifting engineering and technical governance frameworks. It does not constitute statutory lifting licensing or regulatory authorisation.
Permitted: State "Recognised by RSLES" within approved scopes.
Prohibited: Imply statutory or regulatory lifting authority; misrepresent recognition scope. RSLES may withdraw recognition where policy is breached.
Logo Usage Guidelines
Authorised use by recognised professionals, approved organisations, and authorised partners only. The logo must not be altered in any way and must not be used to imply statutory authority. Permission to use the logo ceases immediately upon suspension or withdrawal of recognition.
Terms & Conditions
Recognition is discretionary and scope-specific. It does not replace LOLER, PUWER, or other statutory lifting obligations. RSLES is not liable for lifting incidents, operational failures, or enforcement outcomes. These terms may be updated at any time.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection
RSLES processes personal data for recognition and governance purposes in accordance with UK data protection law. Data may be shared with the BOMEQP Group and authorised service providers. Data is retained only as long as necessary. Standard data subject rights apply.
